Job Title: Administrative Project Assistant (Remote/Virtual - Tennessee)
Position Overview:
The Administrative Project Assistant provides essential organizational and administrative support to clinical staff, administrative staff, volunteer staff, and senior leadership. This position is a key point of contact for the practice, so the ideal candidate will make a positive first impression with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer a combination of administrative, marketing, outreach, and networking support to the practice.
Serve as a first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and empathetic experience.
Manage administrative tasks effectively and assist in the smooth operation of daily activities.
Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity to the needs of clients, clinicians, and the practice.
Collaborate with a diverse, inclusive team, contributing to the practice's mission and values.
Assist with outreach and marketing efforts to promote the practice and its services.
Support senior leadership in various projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
Only Tennessee residents will be considered for this remote position.
Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a health or social services environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a professional, compassionate manner.
Experience or interest in marketing and outreach initiatives is a plus.
