NEW is a place where transformation happens. An intentionally cultivated environment where people can be their authentic selves. At NEW, we provide opportunities to learn, expand, and make an impact while being supported in your personal and professional journey.

For Administrative Support

Our administrative team is the backbone of our practice and key to ensuring everything runs smoothly. From the first point of contact with clients to providing ongoing support for our team, your role is integral to the success of our mission. We’re looking for individuals who are organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent with a core understanding of the importance of empathy and respect in communication. We value team members who have a lived experience that demonstrates a deeply rooted sense of cultural awareness, who are able to navigate a fast-paced environment, and passionate about contributing to a safe, welcoming space for all.

For Clinicians

Our clinicians are the heart of NEW Counseling. We believe that the best way to care for our clients is to ensure we’re adequately caring for ourselves. We’re looking for compassionate, skilled professionals who are committed to the work of empowering BIPOC, women, LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities. Our practice offers a blend of traditional and innovative therapy modalities, and we’re committed to providing our clinicians with ongoing opportunities for personal and professional growth and self-care. Whether your jam is working with trauma, women’s wellness, sexual wellness, or any other specialization, NEW is a place where you can thrive in your practice and make a meaningful difference in the lives of all you touch. We strive to create a trauma-informed environment where everyone, including our team, feels safe, seen, heard, valued and supported.

For Interns

At NEW, we are passionate about training and empowering the next generation of mental health professionals. As an intern, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your learning and growth are prioritized. Our trauma-informed approach ensures that you are nurtured in an environment where personal and professional development go hand in hand. We’re looking for interns who are eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to working in a space that centers inclusivity, authenticity and belonging. At NEW, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing the skills you need to thrive in your career.

Ready to Make an Impact?

At NEW Counseling, we’re building a team that is not only skilled but also aligned with our mission of empowering marginalized communities and creating a trauma-informed space where all individuals can flourish.
