Administrative Project Assistant (Tennessee virtual)

The position of Administrative Project Assistant provides organizational and administrative support to all clinical staff, administrative staff, volunteer staff and senior leadership. Ideal candidate is culturally aware, competent, sensitive and humble and able to be empathetic and receptive to clients, clinicians and practices needs. Ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent and mature and has an open heart and mind with a broad worldview. The Administrative Project Assistant serves as a first point of contact for the practice and as such strives to make a positive first impression to clients and stakeholders of the practice at all times. The ideal candidate is both friendly and outgoing with demonstrated capacity to hold space for people experiencing difficult and potentially life altering experiences. This position requires an individual who is articulate, self-motivated, with excellent critical thinking and processing skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Administrative Project Assistant is responsible for a combination of administrative and marketing, outreach and networking projects and tasks. *This is a Tennessee remote/virtual position and only Tennessee residents will be accepted.

 

THERAPIST 1 & Therapist 2 - (men’s wellness/male)

The Therapist 1 & Therapist 2 - Men’s Wellness clinician will provide direct services geared towards supporting and empowering male clients to be their best self. The ideal candidate demonstrates cultural awareness, humility, sensitivity and competency and commitment to all clients and the philosophy of the practice. Therapist 1 & Therapist 2-Men’s Wellness clinician must have a minimum of a masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling or related field and be able to work towards full licensure. Therapist 1 & Therapist 2-Men’s Wellness clinician is expected to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 to 25  clients weekly and assumes shared responsibility with practice for building client caseload and marketing themselves. The Therapist 1 & Therapist 2 -Men’s Wellness clinician will be responsible for participating in NEW’s internship program by  providing mentorship (occasional meetings, case support, other duties as assigned) to at least one intern. In addition, he or she may occasionally  be expected to provide leadership and instruction to volunteers and/or less experienced staff.

 

THERAPIST 1 & Therapist 2 - (Children & Adolescents)

The Therapist 1 & Therapist 2 - Children’s and Adolescents clinician will provide direct services geared towards supporting and empowering children, adolescents and their families to be their best self. The ideal candidate demonstrates cultural awareness, humility, sensitivity and competency and commitment to all clients and the philosophy of the practice. Therapist 1 & Therapist 2 -Geriatrics clinician must have a minimum of a masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling or related field and be able to work towards full licensure.
